    ý tưởng của tui :v

    for i xét từng cái tìm số lượng x đề ghép với a[i] thỏa mãn ta có: l<= x*10^len +a[i]<=r biến đổi sẽ ra (l-a[i])/p<=x<=(r-a[i])/p. độ phức tạp O(T.n.log(n))

    Em nghĩ là đề nên đính chính là i<=j ạ
